Employment Pass (EP) Pre-Application Support

Singapore requires companies with 11 or more employees to place a job advertisement on the government-run website MyCareers Future before applying for their employees' Employment Pass (EP). This is intended to regulate recruitment activities for foreigners, and to provide Singaporeans with an equal opportunity to apply for the same position.

 

Companies that make discriminatory hires against the intent of this system are listed on the Fair Consideration Framework Watchlist (FCF Watchlist), and are then put under the strict guidance and supervision of the government. Companies may be subject to work pass debarment for new work pass and renewal applications from up to 12 months, which may effect future corporate activities.

5. Posting on MyCareersFuture, Applicant Screening and Interview

・ screen applicants (analyse candidates' eligibility and qualifications)
・ interview candidates

6. Reporting the posting number upon completion.

Upon completion of the posting period, we will provide you with the posting number which will be required for the visa application.
