Work Permit for DP holders

Although the traditional Letter Of Consent (LOC) system was cancelled in 2021, there is still a way for DP (Dependent Visa) holders to work. Work Permit is now available for DP holders who are spouses of EP holders.

Alternatively, you can apply for a Letter of Consent to work in Singapore if you are an eligible Dependant’s Pass holder who wishes to operate a business. See 

 

There are some conditions to apply for Work Permit for DP that are different from the traditional LOC, such as the availability of work permit quota, Levy (per capita tax), and medical insurance.
